Because every event is different, Event Design + Decor is custom quoted based on your vision, event size, materials, custom elements and installation needs. Our starting prices are designed to give you an idea of the minimum investment for each service, and we'll create a custom proposal once we know more about your celebration.

Event Design Consultation is perfect if you're handling the event yourself but need help creating a cohesive visual direction. Full Event Styling takes things a step further: we'll help develop the look and bring it to life through sourced or custom-created decor, styling and installation.

Absolutely! You don't need to book full event styling to work with us. Balloon garlands, backdrops, statement moments and other individual installations can be booked on their own based on availability and project scope.

That's one of our favorite parts! We love dreaming up details that aren't available off the shelf. Custom signage, dimensional elements, themed pieces and one-of-a-kind builds can be incorporated into your event based on your vision, timeline and budget.

Yes! If you already own or have purchased pieces you'd like incorporated, tell us about them during your inquiry. Depending on your service, we can help blend existing pieces with sourced or custom-created elements to create a cohesive look.

Setup and installation are included when applicable to your selected service and will be outlined in your custom proposal. Breakdown and pickup requirements vary by event, venue and decor elements, so we'll include those details in your proposal as well.

We can work with many different venues and event spaces, but all installations must follow the venue's rules and restrictions. We'll need to know about requirements involving setup times, wall or ceiling attachments, open flames, balloons, load-in access and other decor restrictions before finalizing your design.

Outdoor installations may be available depending on the setup, location and weather conditions. Wind, heat, rain and other conditions can affect balloons and decor, so outdoor designs may require modifications or an alternate plan to keep the installation safe and looking its best.

The earlier, the better, especially for larger installations, custom builds and popular weekend dates. More lead time gives us greater flexibility for designing, sourcing and creating custom elements.
